Leadership Team

The leadership team of Grace Church is led by Steve Petch. Steve is currently the only Elder of the church, but we expect this number to increase. He is married to Jo and they have three children. Steve is employed full time to lead the church.

The rest of the leadership team are:

Darren Forsdyke

Darren is married to Lois and they have two children. Darren is employed for 3 days a week by Grace Church as our Administrator and also works part time as a senior leader for a local secondary school. In addition to serving on the leadership team, Darren is one of our children's workers, and together with Lois they run our Beta course for new believers and our Freedom in Christ ministry. Lois is also the church Child Protection Coordinator.

Jo Petch

Jo is married to Steve and they have three children. Jo is employed part time by Grace Church and is responsible for leading the worship team. She is an accomplished singer, songwriter and musician. Jo also heads up our women's ministry team called Inspire.

James Pavey

James is married to Deborah and they have three small children. James runs his own business based in Chichester and also runs a number of web related business ventures. In addition to serving on the leadership team James heads up our church men's ministry called XL. James and Deborah also head up our Alpha course.

Grace Church is a growing church, and the leadership team will change as we grow.
